Comfortable. Positive: The apartment is beautiful. The views from the balcony are to die for. It is well furnished and quite comfortable. Asad was extremely helpful with our check-in process and always readily available to attend to our needs. For folks who prefer a beach vacation, the location is wonderful as the beach is just steps from the building. Negative: The area is under heavy construction, which led to traffic delays while travelling in and out of the Palm. This coupled with NYE added 20-30 mins of travel time to any commute we made and to any food deliveries we ordered. The area is full of residential buildings only and has no amenities, malls, restaurant/cafes, or even grocery stores close-by that one can walk to. Overall, this made my parents who stayed at the apartment feel a bit isolated from town.
