Great modern apartment near Yas Mall Positive: The apartment is beautiful—clean, modern, and very spacious. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute drive from Yas Mall with great walkable local spots like La Brioche nearby. Service from Muhammad Musa (First Class) was exceptional; he was very professional and helpful. Negative: ​A few things to note: The building is in a flight path, so plane noise is noticeable. The gym is ladies-only until 2 PM, which was inconvenient. Also, we were only given one key/card (a digital lock would be better), and there were quite a few small flies around.

Positive: Super apartment with everything you need and in a top location. Lovely people working on concierge also brilliant. Negative: Nothing against the apartment owners/first property management, but the playground which belongs to the whole property building needs a good clean!

Positive: Great communication and an apartment with everything you need. The host also communicated very quickly to any questions I had and was kind enough to organise an early check in. The apartment has a great comfy bed, clean kitchen and bathroom and cosy throughout. Convenient parking right outside and a supermarket and water ferry just up the street. Fab also to have a washing machine and a decent hair dryer! Negative: Hot water in the kitchen to wash dishers isn't really hot; that is about all I can say negative, everything else was great.

Clean, comfortable and easy stay Positive: It really clean and simple apartment, short walking distance to shops and facilities. Negative: I don't love the sound of a pendulum clock. If it was me, I would not have it in this apartment. This is personal preference only.

Muhammed Mussa went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—his professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly manner made my experience exceptional. The property itself is first class: clean, comfortable, and welcoming in every way. I will certainly be recommending this hotel to friends, colleagues, and family, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
