Luxury 4BR Dubai Villa w Private Pool Beach Access

Very disappointing because of so many ants – no responsibility from the host Positive: I arrived at 3P.M. followed check-in time. But, the property was not ready perfectly. I had to request repairment of AC and toilet. The room was large. We could use more space. Negative: This place was really disappointing. We found ants in the living room and kitchen as soon as we arrived. The host said there had been “no problem before we came” and told us that only pest control could help. Then they asked us to leave the house so pest control could come — which is ridiculous. We couldn’t save food safely because of so many ants. We paid over 7,000 AED for 2 nights, but the property was not clean and the host showed no will to solve the issue. They simply didn’t care.

The staff were very helpful, and Mr. Kamran, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Negative: The security and permission process for visitors was quite strict, with all entries requiring prior approval. Even after clarifying that the visitors were part of our group, security could not allow entry without the necessary pre-authorization.

It was really nice—everything was neat and clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The location was great too, and it had all the amenities we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience!
