Positive: Location it si very good! View very good, nice apartment! an embarrassing and shameful situation, we had no hot water for a week and the owner did nothing to remedy the situation, we spent an entire vacation without hot water! Negative: We d ont have warm water , i stay almost one week without warm water, we stay 3 people and we do cold shoowers and we go at pool ouside to do a warm shower! Understant if it is a damage, a normal acomodation fix it asap in same day or find a solution to move the client on a similar location not to live without doing nothing! When i ask about a discount for this , no answer!

Positive: I'll tell you right away - a 10-point rating: excellent location within walking distance of the Marina-Dubai, the beach, shops, the Dubai Mall, and tram and bus stops. The apartment is perfectly clean and has everything you need. The pool is always free, and the view of the Marina from the apartment is breathtaking. Thank you to Mr. Ali Raza for his attention and prompt response to our requests. Mr. Ali's hospitality and the comfort of the apartment make us want to stay here next time we visit Dubai.
