Positive: The size of the rooms is spacious
Negative: The internet service is not good
The place is not clean.
The outdoor pool has a bad smell and is full of dirt and leaves.
Communicating with the villa manager was very exhausting.
The manager kept promising to take our comments into consideration but never kept his word.
When we arrived, maintenance work was still ongoing in the villa, and we had to wait two hours until it was completed.
The outdoor yard is full of dirt.
The kitchen exhaust fan is not working.
The sofa has a bad odour.
The outdoor chairs are full of dust and dirt.
There are insects inside the villa.
The TV in one of the rooms is not working and was never fixed despite repeated complaints.
