Simply Exceptional and highly recommended Positive: Our recent stay in Dubai from 1 to 21 August with my two daughters was simply outstanding, thanks to First Class Property Management. The exceptional experience began well before our arrival, with professional and detailed correspondence from Mr. Ghina, Concierge, and the attentive support of Mr. Rasheed, Guest Experience Manager. Upon arrival, Mr. Rasheed personally welcomed us at The LOFTS Central, showed us the apartment, and ensured we felt immediately comfortable. The apartment itself is in a prime location, just steps away from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, truly the best place to stay. Throughout our stay, Mr. Rasheed was always available and, on the few occasions we required assistance, he responded promptly and with great professionalism. With over 20 years of experience as a University Professor in Hospitality Management and a background working in prestigious hotels worldwide, I confidently rate this experience as excellent. Seeing how much my daughters enjoyed every moment made the stay even more special. Though I have visited Dubai many times, this was my first experience with First Class, and from now on, I will recommend and choose them whenever possible. Negative: Nothing, everything was fantastic
