Positive: Spacious modern apartment with a very homely feel with everything you need. It is ideally located for a tourist next to metro station yet only 5 min walk to Marina. Negative: Nothing

Fantastic condo and location! Very accommodating management! Positive: Great location directly in front of the Redline terminal and a short walk to the marina and beach. In my opinion the best area in Dubai. Supermarket very close by plenty of activity and food options. Great views and modern clean accommodations.Beds were very comfortable. Very nice management and host went out of their way to ensure to meet us at late arrival and provide any thing needed. Would send someone for any maintenance issue, etc. Very proactive, Great communication through WhatsApp. Negative: Bed comforter was a bit too heavy and warm for me. I wish there were some other lighter weight blankets available. I'm sure if I asked for one it would have been provided, so really it's my fault for not asking.
