The pool and common areas are very well maintained and feel aligned with Dubai standards. The location is also very convenient — Azizi Riviera has a good mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, which makes daily life very easy. The apartment itself is a bit small, but it is well designed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it feels modern, clean, and practical. Negative: The main downside was the desk chair. It was not comfortable at all, especially if you plan to work from the apartment for several hours. Apart from that, the size of the apartment could feel a bit limited, but it is still functional and well equipped.
