Great villa
This villa is very beautiful same like in pictures i really enjoy same like my home the manager Nouman is very helpful and nice person i will come back soon i will book again

I’ll never choose to stay in this place ever again.

Negative: Some light not working
Smells of the bathroom
Dusty chair and floor at the balconies.
Insects such as ants and mosquitoes
Being alienated by some residents and staff at the pool
The only out door pool is not welcoming no service not clean.
The property management team is not cooperative.
I get charge for daily cleaning service with daily rate 100 AED total 900 AED with tax and fees but no service during my stay !!
No food or shopping services in the area, I had to order online or head to the city to grab something
