Positive: The view from the 63rd floor is absolutely stunning — truly breathtaking. The location is wonderful and very convenient.
The apartment is beautifully designed and looks very stylish at first glance. However, the maintenance is extremely poor. The floors were not cleaned at all — after walking around barefoot, our feet were completely black. That is simply unacceptable.
The towels in the bathroom looked worn and not fresh. The apartment presents itself as “first class,” but it is definitely far from that standard.
A couple of cabinet doors were broken and had clearly not been repaired. Overall, while the design and location are impressive, the cleanliness and upkeep seriously need improvement.
