While the apartment's condition presented some challenges, including unpleasant odors and construction noise, our host, Cristina, demonstrated exceptional dedication and responsiveness. She went above and beyond to address our concerns and requests, showcasing her kindness and willingness to help. Cristina's assistance in arranging tours, travels, and activities, including the yacht experience, was greatly appreciated. Her professionalism and attentiveness significantly enhanced our stay, despite the property's issues. We would like to extend our gratitude to Cristina for her exceptional hosting and would be delighted with her again in the future, ideally in a different accommodation.

Cristina is one of kind, she's so professional and she's very attentive, willing to go beyond and so sweet lady. I like her positively responded to everything i asked.
