FIRST CLASS Exceptional Penthouse Living in JBR

Dubai was beautiful and a great place for my family to meet for a family reunion. I would love to be able to say we were extremely happy with our stay at the Luxury Penthouse but we were not. First off upon arrival at the airport in Dubai we were supposed to have a driver and no one showed up. Finally reached Mr. Shamir and he said security would not allow them to come in the airport for us to go get our own ride. It was an early morning and we were tired and very upset. We were traveling with an infant so we were looking for a very smooth transition of pickup and drop off which did not happen. Mr. Shamir was supposed to meet us at the Penthouse, but no one was there. Once we made it to the Penthouse our other family that had arrived earlier said that Imran showed up and let them in and he was supposed to be there for them and us. Our first night we slept in a room where we could not find the switch to turn the lights off so the next day Imran came and showed us the lights situation. Then we had an issue with the water pressure and the hot water which there was zero pressure and zero hot water. I took a cold trickling shower every day we were there. Also, the pool in the pictures on VRBO listing shows a blue pristine private pool, and although it was a private pool we were unable to swim as the water was green and slimy. That is one of the reason i booked this property for the pool for my grandson to keep cool and swim and we were unable to use. There were two p

Positive: Almost every thing. Negative: The bathrooms (no hot water and really low water pressure.) and the AC unit, half of the rooms had a bad AC units and it was really hot.
