Positive: Almost every thing.
Negative: The bathrooms (no hot water and really low water pressure.) and the AC unit, half of the rooms had a bad AC units and it was really hot.

Wonderful views
Positive: ASIM was a great manager! The penthouse is very spacious and fits everyone comfortably. Some maintenance was needed but attended to by the team.
Negative: Shower in my bathroom was too hot or cold. Tech issue.
