Gute Lage, miserabler Zustand
Positive: Gute, zentrale Lage. Die AP des Vermieters war freundlich und gut erreichbar.
Negative: Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr abgewohnt und schlecht in Stand gesetzt. In einem der beiden Bäder gab es Schimmel. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt.
Was man wissen muss: man schließt einen Kurzzeitmietvertrag, da es sich nicht um ein Hotel handelt. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Gepäck aufbewahren zu lassen oder die Check-In/Checkout-Zeiten zu variieren.

Overall the stay has been great and the host has been very responsive to all the queries..
Positive: Great amenities and clean rooms with all necessary requirements needed (including washing machine/dryer, fridge, stove, etc...). Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms .,
Negative: Providing house keeping service every day would be better
Providing TV in bedrooms would also be good.

Positive: Great location
Negative: Kitchen was dated and in poor condition. Inadequate cleaning equipment. Why do they not provide simple, brush and dustpan and mop to clean floors?

It was nice to stay in Firstclass apartment. Very cleaned and friendly staff. I will recommend to my family and friends.
