Overall it’s highly recommended for the price, especially for those going for Yas island attractions Positive: The property was quite clean, and proximity is great, quite near (around 5-10 min drive) to Yas island theme parks and yas mall. The host Sohail was quite accommodating guy and highly responsive. Negative: The second room had separate bathroom, not attached. Still with that it was extremely great place to book.

Excellent stay! Positive: Mr. Muhammad, the Guest Experience Manager, made the stay very comfortable. He organized our arrival and explained everything, answering all my questions. The apartment is a walking distance from the Yas Mall and Sea World. The a parent was comfortable. There was water in the fridge. Negative: The community is located right on the extended centerline of Abu Dhabi’s airport runway 31L/R. So depending on the wind direction, you will have airplanes either taking off or landing right above you. It's great for airplane spotters. You can buy earplugs in Yas Mall.
