Negative: The bed in the bedroom was excellent, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I contacted the host to let them know that the sofa bed mattress was too small and too soft. Throughout our entire stay, we suffered from back pain, and the host did not make any effort to come and change it. Considering the price we paid, this was extremely frustrating, and having to endure back pain for the whole stay made the experience very unpleasant. Additionally, every single time we arrived at the hotel, we were forced to wait for long minutes for security to come and open the parking barrier. This constant delay was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.
