Negative: لا يوجد خدمه جيده لا يوجد تعامل صحيح ولا تقديرا لوقت الخروج . نحن من قمنا بتنزيل حقائبنا واغراضنا . بصراحه لا يمكن ان اكرر التجربه في هذا المكان ابدا . ولا انصح به

Excellent location.
Positive: Excellent location, next to Dubai mall. Beautiful apartment, friendly and attentive staff.
Negative: Kitchen utensils and cutlery not to standard. Better ironing facilities . Need to ensure full set of pots and pans with lids is provided as it is a self catering apartment. No spoons etc. I would advise to Furnish kitchen to usable standard. Thanks

Negative: They have a problem with isolation in the bathrooms, I could hear the water flow of other residents and it was kind of annoying especially at bedtime.
