Pulizia e finiture terribili

Negative: Le finiture nell’appartamento sono pessime, la pulizia anche. Ho prenotato per cinque persone e la quinta non aveva un letto. Alla richiesta di informazioni mi hanno mostrato un materasso pieghevole da adagiare sul pavimento.. e quello non si può considerare un letto!! Tra l’altro il pavimento era davvero sporco, per non parlare dei vetri. In cucina non avevamo posate per 5. Non era presente nemmeno un cucchiaino, né alcuno strofinaccio o spugna. Mancavano i teli per la doccia. Alcune cose ci sono state consegnate dopo 2 giorni, altre mai.
