1BR in Downtown Dubai, Walk to Mall, Metro, and Fountains

Misleading Listing, Unbearable Smell, and Zero Accountability – Avoid This Place! Positive: Nothing! Negative: Very disappointing stay! I booked this apartment mainly for the swimming pool with the beautiful Burj Khalifa view, which was a key feature in the listing. When I arrived, the pool was completely closed for maintenance during my entire stay, and no one informed me beforehand. This felt dishonest, as it was one of the main reasons I chose this place. On top of that, the apartment had a strong, unbearable smell that made it impossible to feel comfortable. While the place was technically clean, the odor came from something structural, like the plumbing or ventilation, and no cleaning could fix it. The appliances were also not working properly—the oven and a few other items didn’t function, which made things even more frustrating. Several things were falling apart, like the shower, and overall, the apartment felt neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was constant loud construction right in front of the window, making it hard to relax or even sleep at times. This also wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing. I reached out to the host asking for a partial refund given all these issues, but they refused to take any responsibility. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place—it’s nothing like the listing promises, and the management doesn’t care about guests' comfort or experience.

Positive: The building is excellent it has everything what you need the same as the apartment.The location is in the middle everything what you need for full experience of Dubai😊we will be back

Brutálne ubytovanie pod Burj khalifou Positive: Vynikajúca lokalita , pár krokov od Burj khalifa . Infinity bazén a výhľad priamo na fontány bol úžasný . Do Dubaja chodíme každý rok a čo to už máme pobehané a tento apartmán bol naozaj fantastický. Ale skôr pre 2 osoby ak chcete mať dostatok priestoru . Cristina bola veľmi ochotná vždy ak sme niečo potrebovali , ďakujeme . Určite sa sem ešte radi vrátime . Negative: Nič :)
