Positive: Nice location! Nice apartments.
Negative: Why does all communication happen via WhatsApp?
I book on Booking, and for me the communication channel is Booking.
WhatsApp is generally not popular in my country, I use other messengers. This is very inconvenient for me!
The check-in was very long; we waited an extra 30 minutes for the apartment to be cleaned, and we got into in 30 minutes later than the check-in allowed!
At the same time, the cleaning was done very quickly and very poorly!

Positive: Perfect spot downtown. Good parking.
Negative: No soap to clean the dishes. But that's the only little thing that we didn't like. I'm knitpicking.
