Awful and filthy - I would avoid at all costs Positive: Nothing - did not stay there and left before the first night Negative: This property is falsely advertised and is absolutely not five star. I arrived very late at night after more than 24 hours of travel and was expecting a clean, high quality apartment as advertised and priced. What I walked into was frankly shocking. The apartment was filthy. There was hair throughout the property, the bedding and pillows were unhygienic and extremely poor quality, and the overall condition was nowhere near an acceptable standard. This was not a minor issue or a matter of personal preference. It was objectively unclean and poorly maintained. At best, this is a three star apartment being sold at a five star price. I have photographic evidence of the condition and even the letting company acknowledged that the state of the apartment was unacceptable. I tried to make it work given the time of night, took a shower and attempted to rest, but it was simply not possible. I had no option but to leave and book another hotel at short notice, incurring additional cost entirely because this property did not match what was advertised. Despite acknowledging the issues, the property have refused to refund the monies paid and gone quiet not returning any messages from Booking.com or myself. Booking platforms rely on trust. This listing completely breaks that trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look very carefully at the reality versus the description before booking. I would not want anyone else to make the same mistake. Its worth mentioning that I have been a booking.com member for over 10 years and a genius 3 level and this is the first time I have had an experience of this nature.

Fantastic flat, facilities and service. Positive: Great service from manager - responded promptly to any queries questions and very helpful. Negative: Nothing
