Here we were afforded a good relaxing stay with views, comfort, amenities, attentive host Naveen Positive: Great location. Very comfortable. 2 bedrooms allowed privacy. Balcony was great. We used the kitchen and invited a couple for dinner... Very close to Dubai Mall HOST - Mr Naveen is a very attentive host - helping us navigate entry & car parking when we were hot and flustered after battling traffic to helping us with luggage and answering our enquires promptly regardless of how silly our request. I am sure he must sleep at some time The vacuum cleaner was broken and Mr Naveen arranged for cleaning staff to not only vacuum but refresh the whole apartment - much appreciated! Negative: Just some suggestions (not complaints) to make it even better - some instructions for the Playstation/washing machine/dishwasher for those people not acquainted with those particular machines. Maybe a couple of complimentary tablets/powder for the washing machine & dishwasher for weary travellers

Positive: Excellent location close to train and Dubai Mall. A comfortable apartment. The property manager was very helpful, pleasant and very professional to deal with. Enjoyed very much our stay in Dubai. Negative: Nil

perfect stay in downtown.will be coming back again :) Positive: We have stayed in Burj Vista1, apartment 4308. we have had wonderful time!! The apartment is exactly like on photos, very spacious and offeres AMAZING views from 43rd floor :) We plan to stay again and the nextime get Burj Khalifa view. Our host Naveen waited us in the lobby area, helped us with our baggage, showed us the apartment and explained how things work. He is very nice, very welcoming, always smiling, available 24/7. Great job Naveen and thank you for your professional and perfect care of us! :-) We have enjoyed our first downtown stay very much. The pool was cooled and Burj Vista has access both to Dubai Mall and to the Metro station by airconditioned tube, which was great in the summer heat. Very nice size grocery store is 1 minute walk and downstairs is a very good Vietnamese restaurant. Would definitely recomend as we have really enjoyed our vaccation staying at BurjVista Negative: nothing. perhaps a few times- the waiting for elevators could have been shorter (some elevators were not in service due to maintnance), but it was not a big deal.

Positive: The rooms were excellent, but there was a lack of dustbins in the toilets .vacuumed cleaner was there, but not working . Apart from small discomforts, all other facilities were excellent .I need to mention Mr Naveen.he was so friendly and attentive any time .Great service .he took care of us very well .my special thanks to him . Overall, we had a great time there .
