A comfortable stay with great views and brilliant service. Positive: The location was perfect – quiet, with food and coffee spots very close by. The apartment was a fantastic size, exactly as shown, and the service from the host was exceptional from start to finish. Really made the stay easy and enjoyable. Negative: There was some construction during the day, but it started late morning and none on a Sunday and didn’t affect our stay. It’s Dubai, better to see progress than neglect, so nothing to really complain about

DONT BOOK Positive: View and location was good Negative: Grascarpet outside dirty inside corners dirty we couldn't use showerbecausee it had leak and they interrupted my stay by claiming to come and repair it while the neighbor told me this leaks exist for weeks i even left a a day before and stayed a different location owner didn't want to refund .Apartmentnt should get a really attention . Calling to claim via booking was imposibel nobody answered. Even the patio furniture needs to be replaced the metal at the bench rusting fabric zippers broken and and i can continue i feel that some body got more then what really deserved.

AVOID DUE TO VERY NOISY INTRUSIVE AND ONGOING MAJOR CONSTRUCTION AT THE APARTMENT AND BUILDING Positive: Apartment is bright and clean, with large and comfortable terrace. Comfy Beds Negative: This apartment building is undergoing extensive refurbishment and extension. The apartment is 112 on the first floor and directly above the new apartments being built and surrounded by the construction. There are 20-30 builders and workers from 7.30am til 4.30pm drilling, cutting stone and tile and making huge noise constantly. It is impossible to stay and relax in the apartment or the pool through the day due to the building work. Work is not scheduled to be finished until Feb. We we not informed of this when we booked and TOTALLY UNAWARE and we would never have booked. The property management company are called FIRST CLASS and do not care and just say it was in the "fine print" ( NO IT WASNT) and also the information is false as the construction is in the building, directly below and adjoining the apartment and not "Nearby" which makes it sound like no big deal. IT IS A HUGE BIG DEAL and ruined the holiday. Do not book here until construction is complete. The apartment is a first floor ,low level so directly effected by the noise, loud construction, delivery, cranes and lifting and loud voices of workers as well as street noise.

Staying on a building site Positive: Good size apartment with a nice view from the palm, swimming pool was lovely & reception staff always welcoming. Negative: Major renovations underneath your apartment, meaning your balcony is covered in dust/dirt, hammering and air tools starting at 8am in the morning. None of the building work was mentioned to me when I booked and has now only been updated on booking.com. Curtains don’t close in one of the bedrooms Patio doors don’t lock WiFi didn’t work - did eventually get fixed No tv remote for bedroom tv Woke up to water streaming through the bathroom roof on night one, building staff came and cut the water off during the night. The management company said he would be there in the morning to fix all the issues, he arrived at nearly 1pm wasting most of our first full day. We did get a new boiler fitted later that day but after the plumber had left there was no clean up in the bathroom from the flood, it was left to us to clean it up. Reported all of these issues to first choice concierge during and after our stay and after 3 weeks the messages aren’t being replied to. To sum it up, great apartment when the building works are complete but paying £1800 to stay in a dusty building site is a joke. We would never have booked this apartment if we knew what building works was going on 1 floor below.
