Superb Positive: Mr Faisal assisted us through arrival, always helpful and supportive. All our questions were answered promptly and accurately, we received very nice welcome at the property. We are grateful and exceptionally satisfied with all matters about our stay, entirely recommend the services. Negative: Hard to say, as all was great. Maybe wi-fi could be a bit better. All in all there is nothing that we can point out as "do not like"

Positive: The communication with the staff was really smooth and they provide all necessary information and supported all the way through specially Faisal. The location is is amazing in the heart of JBR. Negative: The apartment need renovation and some the beds have bad smells. The price really high for the quality of the property.

New years eve stay Positive: We were 2 families of 4 and 2 that came together in Dubai to spend New Years Eve. We were met by our host Faisal who persevered throughout our stay to accommodate our needs and make us comfortable. His warmth and kindness felt like being back home in SA amidst family. Thank you Faisal. You are deeply appreciated 👏 The apartment was beautiful and the views mesmerizing. Negative: The bathrooms are in need for an upgrade and the kitchen utensils were few. Other than this a beautiful place to stay at.
