من أسوأ الشقق على الإطلاق، الأثاث متهالك والمضيف غير صادق ولم يُعد المبلغ المتفق عليه. لا أنصح بالسكن فيها إطلاقًا Positive: لا شيء Negative: من أسوأ الشقق التي تعاملت معها على الإطلاق. المضيفون لا يردّون على الرسائل أو الاتصالات، والأثاث رَدِيء ومتهالك جدًا، والستائر متقطعة، والإنارة مزعجة للغاية. حجزت لمدة أربع ليالٍ، لكن عندما دخلت الشقة لم أستطع البقاء فيها ولا ليلة واحدة بسبب سوء النظافة والحالة العامة. اتفق معي المضيف على إعادة مبلغ ثلاث ليالٍ بعد خروجي، لكنه نَكَث وعده وكذب ولم يُعد المبلغ، رغم أن لدي مقاطع صوتية تثبت ذلك. قمت بإبلاغ ‎Booking.com‎ وتم فتح تحقيق رسمي في الواقعة. بكل أمانة، لا أنصح بالسكن هنا إطلاقًا.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. Positive: It is in a perfect location. A walking distance to the beach and the mall if you’re not lazy to walk. The balcony is huge and beautiful views from it. Negative: None

Fantastic location; great amenities. Positive: 1. Fantastic location- right on the Marina and right next to the metro station. So easy to travel to anywhere in Dubai. And the evenings bring the bonus of pleasant walks in the Marina area. 2. Being in Marina, the evening views are just awesome. Enjoyable tea/ coffee in the balcony.

Positive: We really liked this property; it was spacious, had great views, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it to others. Negative: The only downside was the on-site gym, which wasn't the best. However, there are plenty of great local gyms nearby, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.
