Negative: About the minuses: the owner begged to give him a rating of 10 in the review, which is not normal. If the owner wants a high rating of 10, he must provide excellent, exceptional service. In our case, the owner refused to do something for the guest birthday, despite the very high cost of the apartment. There was no towel in the kitchen, which created inconvenience (paper towel doesn't count). The corners in the bathroom have long needed of repair, same as have many crossbars near the pool, which are so rusty that they could fall off any moment.
