Great property, excellent area close to Dubai Mall, Al Khalifa, fountains but noisy balcony Positive: Ms MJ who was managing the property was absolutely great; I give her 5 start for friendliness and helpfulness. The location was first class; 10 minutes walk to Burj Khalifa. The apartment was specious and rooms were comfortable. Negative: I scored 7 and low on facility because the pool was closed and opened on the last day of my stay which was a week long. First I was told it opens on Tuesday but then it changed to Sat; I left on Sunday. In the description it said "Open All Year". The company failed to inform us that it was closed in advance despite being told on 4th Sep. I could have cancelled if I knew in advance of 12th September. A key reasons I booked was to use the large pool in the heat of Dubai. I was offered the use of a pool in another building which was totally inconvenient. I would have cancelled and booked another one in the same area with a pool. I complained but they said it is outside of their control, which I understand, but I could have cancelled and booked something else. Also the balcony is facing a maintenance facility with heavy industrial machines running 24/7. So if you are planning to use it in the evenings there is a lot of noise and the view is not good.

Goed appartement op goede locatie en een goede host. Positive: De locatie was top. Ongeveer naast de Burj Kalifa en de Dubai Mall. Negative: Voor een appartement met een keuken was de keuken minimaal voorzien van keukengerei.
