Positive: This is a perfect location if you are visiting Dubai, the direct access to Dubai Mall without a need to go outside - a perfect option for the off-season super hot summer. The apartment (1509) is so well planned - the 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms are on the opposite sides of the living room, giving the perfect balance of privacy and socialising in the living room. The balcony has its charm when you look down on the busy streets of this special megapolis. For the sporties - the Jumeirah beaches are only 10000 steps away, most of which are along the canal, we made it a little habit to leave at 6 for a swim before the sun is intolerable. We liked the place so much we immediately wanted to book it for christmas but that is a totally different price, bummer :) Talabat delivered fast and without a single problem, so another plus for the location. A special thanks to the ice-cube functionality of the refrigerator. This place is simply perfect for our family of 3. Negative: The place does need a bit of a lift-up (mostly floors, but plumbing somewhat too). We stayed for 10 days, so a vacuum cleaner or at least a broom would have been appreciated, but we understand there is a cleaning for a fee if needed. We visited off-season, so we did not take it as a problem of a property, rather a coincidence, but some apartment nearby was going through a noisy of renovation, which is totally normal for properties in the big apartment buildings.

Positive: The apartment is good, clean and the location was perfect. A huge thanks you to Mr.Naveen for his outstanding services.He was always professional, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. He made our stay a pleasant one.

Positive: Naveen the host was very responsive, the check-in process was easy. Met Naveen in the lobby on arrival and the whole check-in process was seemless.
