Best location in downtown with great views Positive: Great location, great staff especially Naveen that was very calm and nice, and waited a lot for us to organize, also cleaning staff, I forgot my bag and they informed immediately. Tunel connecting to burj Kalifa, wonderful views Negative: Ac has some leakage in the kitchen, microwave not working, needs some repainting and some maintenance, tv only in living room, no dishwasher capsule, or detergent or other stuff Like garbage bags, etc and very complicated to start cooking suface

رائعه Positive: شكر خاص للأخ نافين اللذي ساعدنا في سرعه الرد على الواتساب في اي استفسار وعن مكان الاقامه نظيف وقريب من دبي مول وعن الشقه فيها جميع الخدمات من محارم ورقيه وشامبو وفرشات اسنان ومعجون اسنان وصابون لليد ومكنسه كهربائيه مس ماأستعملتها وغساله والمكان نظيف وشكر خاص للأخ نافين لأنه ساعدنا على سرعة تسجيل الدخول المكان قريب من دبي مول والخول الي المول بكل سهولة عن طريق المصعد الكهربائي الدور رقم 2 يوجد جسر يوصل الي مول دبي فيه سوبر ماركت جيان وانت طالع من المجمع على يمينك وقهاوي Negative: لا شيء

Superbe Positive: Presque tout, appartement confortable et grand, vue magnifique, piscine agréable, personnel sympathique, très bien situé. Negative: Pas de torchon et éponge pour info.

A lovely apartment close to the Mall Positive: A nice apartment opposite the Burj Khalifa- amazing view from the 56th floor! The apartment is very spacious. The rooms are all generous and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The complex gym is very good, and the pool is also very nice. The building is connected to the link bridge, which connects you straight to the Dubai Mall. 7 to 10 min air-conditioned walk to the Mall - which was much enjoyed in July! Host was very helpful and attentive. Negative: Would not stop me from recommending, but some parts of the apartment look tired - bathrooms/kitchen/main bedroom wardrobe. A poor reno job on some of the skirting boards. Still, all clean and functional.

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay – the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. Mr. Naween, who welcomed us at the property, was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this place!
