In summary, while the location and the host were excellent, the apartment itself is in need of significant renovation an Positive: The apartment is located in an exceptional spot, offering direct views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains. While we unfortunately could not enjoy the fountain show due to ongoing renovations in the area, the location remains one of the best in Downtown Dubai. Our host, Aditta, was excellent throughout our stay. He was polite, kind, and handled every request with great care. His service and support were outstanding, and he truly deserves a 10-star rating for his efforts. Negative: The apartment itself requires renovation and improvement to meet the standard expected in Downtown Dubai. Several issues were noticeable, such as bathroom doors that could not be closed, a kitchen sink where only one controller could be used, and utensils that appeared very worn. One of the sofas was cracked and both were visibly used beyond their prime. The most frustrating issue was the washing machine, which was extremely difficult to start. On average, it took around 30 minutes of effort before it would finally run. This was very inconvenient and not acceptable during a holiday stay.

Spacious apartment amazing location and view Positive: We had loads of space with 3 good sized bedrooms with en-suites (and there was one more with bunk beds.) The location was amazing with a view of the Burj Kalifa and balcony we could go out on. Our host Aditta was very helpful and ensured a smooth stay, greeting us at the property and showing us around. Negative: It was our bad luck that the Dubai fountains were under repair during our stay.
