Too expensive, for the amenities provided and the high end cleanliness expected. Positive: Location & views Negative: Unclean, outdated bathrooms, outdated and relatively dirty electrical switches and AC control. MEDIA and TV wires clumped together, electrical sockets having sparks, risky for small kids. TV connections unstable. Bathrooms with black discoloration and moulds on the tiles. Fixtures in bathrooms missing covers. The overall conditions of the apartment didn’t meet the rent charges and facilities, including cleanliness of the apartment expected by a tenant willing to pay the amount advertised. The location and views from the apartment of the BURJ & the fountains is however incredible.

Amazing place, clean and wonderful views, private beach and all the areas around are just beautiful. The personal was helpfully in all moment, thanks to Imran for all. I recommend it 100%.

Fantastische locatie en fijne host maar verder erg verouderd en totaal niet van alle gemakken voorzien. Positive: Het uitzicht, de locatie en het balkon zijn geweldig. De host krijgt 5 sterren. Hij deed het fantastisch. Negative: De staat van de keuken. Die viel bijna uitelkaar. Hele oude vaatwasser. Oude wasmachine. Veel te weinig handdoeken en servies. Verder is het hele appartement aan renovatie toe. De meubels in de woonkamer ook. Twee vieze doorgezakte bankjes. Vies kleed eronder. Op de foto’s ziet alles er veel mooier uit.
