Negative: The only thing I’d suggest they do to improve comfort and cleanliness is to add full length shower curtains in the bathrooms.

Positive: A beautiful and spacious apartment with a pleasant view, in an excellent location near Dubaj Mall and Burj Khalifa, featuring a swimming pool and gym in the building. Friendly and helpfull staff.
Negative: The maintenance could use some improvement. There were a number of minor issues, such as a cracked shower hose, a loose handle on the sink faucet, a faulty non-sealing bathtub stopper, etc. While these do not significantly affect the use of an otherwise well-equipped apartment, they can be repeatedly irritating.
