Positive: A beautiful and spacious apartment with a pleasant view, in an excellent location near Dubaj Mall and Burj Khalifa, featuring a swimming pool and gym in the building. Friendly and helpfull staff.
Negative: The maintenance could use some improvement. There were a number of minor issues, such as a cracked shower hose, a loose handle on the sink faucet, a faulty non-sealing bathtub stopper, etc. While these do not significantly affect the use of an otherwise well-equipped apartment, they can be repeatedly irritating.

Great Downtown apartment with Skyline view
Positive: A modern and spacious apartment with a real homey and comfortable feel. Loved the Downtown location and within walking distance to plenty of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. Really enjoyed the stunning skyline balcony view and the cleanliness, comfy beds, well‑equipped kitchen. Mr Adeel was very responsive and helpful.
