Positive: Location. The host (Mahmood) is fantastic and great asset for his employer. Negative: Apartment 5304 was in an aged condition with significant wear and tear, requiring major renovation and complete replacement of furniture. They need to invest in hygiene and be more generous with supplies

Positive: Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit einem außergewöhnlichen Ausblick. Mahmud war eine großartige Hilfe bei allen Fragen, immer freundlich und super schnell!

Apartment well situated in downtown Positive: Downtown locations close to all restaurants and cafes and dubai mall. Basement parking was great to have. The property assistant Muhmad was very helpful and available all the time for any issues we had. Negative: The bunk bed room didn’t have a door making it hard for the kids to sleep since they could hear the tv and light from the sitting room. The AC for the sitting room and bunk bed room are one, the 2nd master room and the twin bed room also share the same AC hence both rooms have to agree to the same temperature which can be a problem. Would be better to place a small bin in each room and soap holder in the showers.

Positive: My experience renting this apartment with my family was outstanding in every aspect. At first, I was uncertain whether to choose a hotel or an apartment, especially since it was my first visit to Dubai. I was slightly hesitant after reading some reviews, as they don’t always reflect the real experience. However, once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos — spacious, clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable for a family stay. Its location is exceptional, with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain, which truly enhanced our stay. The apartment owners were very professional, responsive, and supportive throughout our stay. They welcomed us warmly and explained everything clearly. I would honestly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubai, especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and an excellent location. Negative: Only the pillow is large and not comfortable to sleep.
