ما انصح فيها .. تحت المتوسط Positive: Got it on a discount 10 min walk to Dubai mall Negative: I was checked in at 3:20, although the latest check in was supposed to be 3:00. When we entered the apartment we found the smell of the kitchen to be unpleasant ,the floor sticky, and requested them to clean again. They have a good system for service allocating guest to a host but not efficiently applied. Ex: on my way to pick my bags, I tested the host and requested that my bags be at the lobby, and when I arrived to pick them up, my bags were still on the 53rd floor!

Excelente ubicación, espectacular apartamento !! Positive: El apartamento es super grande, tal y como se aprecia en las imágenes de Booking. Muy limpio. Lo más impresionante es que está a 5 minutos a pie del Burj Kalifa y, por ende, del centro comercial Dubái Mall. Es la segunda vez que visitamos Dubái, la anterior fue en hotel y, en esta última, en este fantástico apartamento. Sin duda, me quedo con esta última experiencia 👌😀

BINE Positive: Accesul in apartament se realizeaza cu cod. Apartamentul este situat in apropierea statiei de metrou Burj Khalifa-Dubai Mall (aprox 7 min prin pasaj), vederea din balcon este catre cladirea Sky Views, nu se vede Burj Khalifa. La parterul cladirii se afla un supermarket deschis 24/7. Paturile confortabile, lenjeriile si prosoapele foarte curate. Persoana de contact foarte prompta, a raspuns la mesaje imediat si ne-a onorat si solicitarile de fiecare data. Negative: Mobilierul din apartament nu este foarte nou, nici bine intretinut, totul este uzat, chiar consider ca necesita o curatenie generala. Curatenia nu este tocmai cea la care m-as fi asteptat avand in vedere pozitia cladirii (ultra central). Peretii sunt cam degradati, in baie din cauza aburului - la fel. Bucataria este dotata cu masina de spalat vase, insa nu are suficiente pahare, cesti de cafea (4 cesti diferite ca model ), vasele puse la dispozitie cam vechi si unele deformate chiar.

كانت إقامة رائعة وأكرر السكن فيه مراراً Positive: الموقع والاطلالة وتوفر مايلزم العائلة من أجهزة ومناشف ومناديل وسرير اظافي والا هتمام بالنزيل والتواصل المستمر معه Negative: يحتاج الى التركيز على النظافة في الزوايا وبعض الاماكن وتوفر البطاريات للريموتات

Positive: Olanakları, manzarası, merkezi konumda oluşu, hiç dışarı çıkmadan köprü ile Dubai Mall AVM, Metro vb imkanlara ulaşımı açılarından çok iyiydi. Fotoğraflarda gözükmesede havuzu ve havuzdan manzarası çok güzeldi. 8 kişilik 2 aile rahatlıkla konakladık.
