FIRST CLASS | 3BR | Burj Khalifa & Fountain view

Good view, not so good furniture. Positive: I believe this is one of the best views you can get of the Burj Khalifa, and the apartment itself was very spacious — we truly enjoyed our stay. Mr. Mohammed was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our concerns, providing excellent service. Negative: That said, the apartment’s furniture felt a bit outdated, with some scratches, and the living room sofa seemed quite worn. The kitchen items also had an unpleasant smell, and there was a lingering cooking odor when we first arrived. I think there’s room for improvement in these areas.

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Mega-Aussicht!!! Einen großen Anteil daran, hatte Mahmud, der uns in Empfang nahm und si Positive: die Lage war natürlich absolut Spitzenklasse. Besser geht es kaum. Man sieht Khalifa und unten die Wasserspiele. Und ist zu Fuß in der Mall und auch bei den Restaurants. Außerdem hat Mahmud einen hervorragenden Service geboten. Er war immer zur Stelle, sehr hilfsbereit und hat kleine Mängel sofort beseitigt. Negative: Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht besonders üppig. Es gab nur eine Pfanne, keine größeren Schalen, nur ein Brettchen und so weiter. Ich hätte mir auch gewünscht, dass ein paar Kaffeekapseln, ein paar Spülmaschinentabs und eventuell Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden sind.

TOP Positive: We arrived around midnight and were warmly welcomed by our host Mahmud despite the late hour. Mahmud was available to us via WhatsApp for anything we needed – absolutely TOP! The apartment is spacious, perfectly located, and clean. Some of the furniture is a bit worn (probably due to the heat on the balcony), but that’s not an issue at all. We can fully recommend this place! Thanks again to Mahmud!
