Had it not been for the amazing staff who checked us inf, we would have left and demanded a refund. Thankfully they fixe
Positive: Location and proximity to the Dubai Mall
Negative: Overpriced. The building needs a revamp. It’s tired and the furnishings need to be replaced. Didn’t like the amount of men loitering both in the reception area and in the common lounge behind/ after entering the securing doors.
